Why first aid training is so important.

Most people in the UK know some first aid, but without official training, it is difficult to act with confidence. Knowing if and when to move someone, how to perform CPR properly, or how to alleviate choking. In the heat of the moment, many people panic or worry about being sued, or stand back in the belief that others know better. By providing hands-on, practical lessons, Aid 1st Training provides that extra confidence to do the right thing at the right time. Above all, it is this extra impetus that enables you or your staff to save lives.
